- Fabric number(s) *see fabric options chart below
- Any special requests to be considered
- Your name and shipping address
- Iowa orders will be charged 6% sales tax
- How you are planning to provide payment

Payment Information:
Payment is accepted via Paypal, money order, or check.
Orders paid with Paypal online payment are processed much faster and usually ship within 1 or 2 days of payment confirmation. Some items may take longer based on availability.
Orders paid with a money order or check take longer since I have to wait to receive the payment through the mail. They will ship within 1 or 2 days of my receipt of the payment. Some items may take longer based on availability.
Fabric Options:
The following fabrics are usually in stock and can be used for special orders. Of course, I cannot guarantee that any fabric will be available at all times, so please check via email (strictlywhimsy@hotmail.com) before making a custom order.
